Japanese slang - Shoboi!
When watching dramas or anime, reading manga, or just chitchatting with friends you often hear the word しょぼい.
But what does it mean? I am not sure exactly how it should be translated into English, but the examples on this page might clarify the issue a bit! It could be something like:
boring,
mundane,
stupid,
lame
because something is plain, simple, not well-thought, lacking excitement/originality etc.
What can be shoboi?
